Post-Closing Transition

What happens after closing?

We plan every transition to minimize disruption for tenants, staff, and the surrounding community. Before closing, we work with the owner to develop a clear handoff plan that addresses key questions: existing on-site staff are evaluated for retention and continuity, tenant communication is coordinated with the owner's input on timing and tone, and rental rate changes — if any — follow a measured approach rather than immediate increases. Facility branding decisions are made based on market positioning, not arbitrary change. If the owner prefers a short transition period to assist with knowledge transfer, we welcome that. The goal is a clean handoff where the people who depend on the facility experience no disruption.
